Sales East is an International Sales representation and consultancy agency for the publishing and associated industries. We offer representation for the book and retail trade throughout Asia and the Far East, from India to Japan and the United Arab Emirates.

We are based in Bangkok, Thailand at the heart of this dynamic region, to allow beneficial "doorstep" access to your key markets and customer accounts.

This allows us to:

	Offer a more distinctive, culture-aware service
	Deliver more effective representation
	Give our client publishers far greater market penetration
	Increase brand profile more effectively than UK based agents.

Sales East visits the major markets and customers at least four times a year (in many cases monthly) and minor accounts at least twice a year.

Sales East is setting a new benchmark as an agency, representing within the territory publishers and their authors to the same high standard that they would represent themselves.

	Broadening the account base of our clients, focusing on non-traditional revenue streams as well as retail and wholesale
	Working actively with our client publishers to achieve set budgets and targets
	Being responsive to annual publication schedules, new title and backlist promotions
	Forging positive and creative links with the media and press in all countries to ensure reviews of key titles as well as author and brand coverage where possible
	Creating culturally attuned marketing, publicity and promotional initiatives.
